Twisted Thrifts is a sample-based production remix project produced by The Violence Instrument AKA La Violencia for The Mercenary Imprint. This particular project has been remixed and produced specifically in the sample-based Boom Bap and Breaks style of Hip Hop beats that was prevalent in the US Underground Hip Hop scene in 1995-1999. This compilation is a tribute to that time period and style of Hip Hop production.
