Escoviolencia is a remix project featuring Nas produced by La Violencia. 1990's Queens, New York style Boom Bap Hip Hop production was specifically utilized for this project.
The name "Escoviolencia" is a mix of Nas' nickname "Nas Escobar" and the producer name "La Violencia". Various Pablo Escobar influenced samples and excerpts are weaved into this project.

This project is a tribute the rapper Nas.
